Refund

If it didn't land,
we refund.

The Atlas is meant to feel like a real reading of you. When it doesn't, we don't want your money. The policy below is the plain version. Last updated 29 May 2026.

The Reading

$85, refundable within 14 days.

If the digital Atlas didn't resolve, or it felt generic, or you simply changed your mind, write within fourteen days of purchase and we refund in full. No form, no questionnaire, no rebuttal.

Write to the desk with the email on your account or the reading URL. Refunds land back on the card you paid with within five business days.

The Edition

$225, refundable until it ships.

The Edition (the printed Atlas in a linen-bound folder) ships within ten to fourteen days. Up until the moment we hand it to the courier, the full $225 is refundable, the digital Atlas remains yours either way.

Once the Edition has shipped, the digital portion ($85) remains refundable within fourteen days under the same policy as The Reading. The print portion ($140) is non-refundable, the object exists, was bound by hand, and is now en route to you. You can keep it, gift it, or recycle it.

If the Atlas never composed

Automatic, no email needed.

If something on our side fails and your Atlas doesn't finish composing within thirty minutes of payment, the system flags it and our team refunds you automatically within the next business day. No follow-up required.

If you want the refund faster, write to the desk and we process the same business day.

Shipping

Edition addresses and timing.

We ship the Edition to twenty countries. Standard delivery is ten to fourteen days. We don't currently offer express. If the parcel is lost in transit, we reprint and reship at no additional cost.

If the address you entered at checkout was wrong and the parcel returns to us, we'll reach out to confirm the correct address and reship. Re-shipping fee is at cost (typically $10–$25 depending on country).

What we don't refund

Two narrow cases.

The Edition's print portion ($140) is non-refundable once shipped, as described above.

We don't refund Atlases obtained in violation of the terms (another person's photograph without consent, abuse, scraping). In those cases we delete the reading and close the account.

The Atlas is meant to land. If it doesn't, you shouldn't pay for it.
