why this region

The argument for reading neck carefully.

The neck is the most overlooked region in self-perception and the most photo-changed. Cervicomental angle, SCM definition, and submental fullness shift significantly with posture, hydration, and 8–12 weeks of light training. Vaesyn's neck findings often surprise readers most.
